The Smiling Mind app offers free access to pre-emptive mental health and wellbeing tools based on mindfulness meditation.
Our app has been designed to be flexible and to complement existing mental health, wellbeing and pastoral care programs. They can be used in a variety of ways, including as part of your daily routine.
The adult program offers ten modules of mindfulness training and guided meditations designed to help you learn to use your senses to stay in the present moment, improve your listening skills, practise mindful eating, learn how to step back and pay attention to your thoughts and emotions, start learning how to follow your own intuition and choose to practise living mindfully through everyday activities.
Starting at just three minutes in length, you’ll find it easy to introduce meditation into your daily routine.
